iOS 9 and OS X El Capitan public betas arriving on July 9

Apple Beta Program site down
On Wednesday, July 8, Apple released the latest developer betas for iOS 9 and OS X El Capitan, the third release for both platforms.
The public beta program for iOS 9 and OS X El Capitan has yet to see its first release, however. Apple, though, is looking to change that today, July 9, as the company has listed both the public beta for iOS 9 and OS X El Capitan for launch today. That means that even more people will get a chance to try out the beta for Apple’s upcoming platforms, and also give feedback on the software so Apple can continue to improve it before the public launch later this year.
If you want to sign up for the beta, head to Apple’s site here. The public betas generally release slower than the developer alternatives, but for anyone that doesn’t want to sign up for a developer account with Apple, and simply wants to try out the new software as a fun peek as to what’s coming, the public releases should be good enough.
Are you planning on trying out iOS 9 or OS X El Capitan before the public launch?
