Apple releases new iPhone 6s ads focusing on ‘Hey Siri’ and the camera

Hansd-free Siri ad

Apple has been on top of ads as of late, just recently releasing a new batch of marketing pieces for the company’s wearable, the Apple Watch.
And now the Cupertino-based company is back at it with new ads focusing on the iPhone 6s/6s Plus and the features baked into the device. That includes the new, updated 12-megapixel camera and voice-activated features offered by Siri, thanks to the ability to say, “Hey Siri” to get the digital personal assistant’s attention.
The first ad is for the aforementioned “Hey Siri” which taps the talents of Jamie Foxx yet again to promote it. It’s entitled “Crush,” and it depicts Foxx getting ready in front of a mirror, with the Rose Gold iPhone in front of him, and he says, “Hey Siri, how do I look?” Siri responds with, “Judging from your voice, I’d say you must be fairly attractive.” It’s a little back-and-forth, something that Siri is known for, and it’s a quick way to show off accessing the assistant without actually touching the iPhone.
Foxx is tapped for another ad entitled “Flip a Coin,” and it shows the actor in front of the mirror again, this time holding two scripts in either hand. He’s trying to choose one, so he asks Siri to flip a coin. She tells him, “Tails,” and so he opts for the “Sci-Fi Western.”
The final ad is one that focuses on the upgraded camera in the iPhone 6s and 6s Plus, this time starring Stephen Curry of the Golden State Warriors. The ad is longer at one minute, and it shows off a variety of features, including the Retina Flash, 3D Touch, and even recording video at 4K resolution.
You can check out each ad below.
