Apple has just released iOS 8.4 beta 4 (build number: 12H4125a) for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch to developers. Apple had released the first beta version of iOS 8.4 to developers on April 13.
iOS 8.4 comes with a completely redesigned Music app, which includes features such as a new MiniPlayer that allows you to see what’s playing and control playback while browsing your music collection. Apple has also brought the popular Up Next feature from iTunes 11 to iOS, which allows you to find out which songs from your library will play next. You can manipulate the playing order of upcoming songs. - iPhone 4S, iPhone 5, iPhone 5c, iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus
- iPad Air 2, iPad mini 3, iPad 2, iPad (third-generation), iPad (fourth-generation), iPad Air, iPad mini, iPad mini with Retina display
- iPod touch 5G
- Jailbreakers should avoid upgrading to iOS 8.4 beta 4 as you will not only end up losing the jailbreak, but you will also won’t be able to jailbreak your device. Security expert and hacker, Stefan Essar aka i0n1c, had published a video, which shows that he has managed to jailbreak iOS 8.4 beta 1. Pangu team has also demoed a jailbreak for iOS 8.3, and are planning to release it after iOS 8.4 is released to the public.During the WWDC 2015 Keynote yesterday, Apple announced that it will be launching Apple Music with iOS 8.4 on June 30th.Update 1:iOS 8.4 beta 4 is available in Member Center on Apple’s Developer website. The size of the iOS firmware file is approximately 1.8GB for iPhone 6 and varies depending on the iOS device.
