OpenEmu 2.0 for OS X adds support for 16 new consoles including Nintendo 64 and PlayStation 1

OpenEmu
OpenEmu, the open source emulator for OS X, has been updated to v2.0 with support for 16 new gaming systems, including the Nintendo 64, the original PlayStation and the PlayStation Portable.
The updated version also introduces a new user interface and adds feature like real-time rewind for gameplay and the ability to organise screenshots. The emulator now also features a collection of 80 homebrew games.
However, the support for 16 new gaming systems is definitely the highlight of this update, which include the following consoles:
  • Atari 5200
  • Atari 7800
  • Atari Lynx
  • ColecoVision
  • Famicom Disk System
  • Intellivision
  • Nintendo 64
  • Odyssey/Videopac+
  • PC-FX
  • SG-1000
  • Sega CD
  • Sony PSP
  • Sony PlayStation
  • TurboGrafx-CD
  • Vectrex
  • WonderSwan
The emulator already supports older consoles like Game boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, Game Gear, Sega Genesis and Super Nintendo. It also supports almost all HID compliant gamepad including the PlayStation and Xbox controller. Sadly, OpenEmu only works on OS X 10.11 El Capitan, with previous versions of OS X not being supported now.
You can find more information and how to use OpenEmu over at its official website.
