Did you use TaiG 2.0.0 Jailbreak? Here’s how to upgrade to TaiG 2.1.2, and fix Cydia Substrate issue on iOS 8.3 with TaiG 8.1.3-8.x Untether

TaiG iOS 8.3 - iOS 8.1.3 Jailbreak
TaiG team officially released TaiG 2.1.2 jailbreak tool to fix the issues with Cydia Substrate in iOS 8.3, UI cache issue, and also address the issue that was causing the jailbreak process to get stuck at 20% or 60%.However, it is not applicable if you’ve already jailbroken your device using TaiG 2.0.0 jailbreak tool, which was released couple of days back.
TaiG team has released an update for the TaiG 8.1.3-8.x Untether package, which you can install from Cydia to fix the issues without having to re-jailbreak your device. Please note that the update should also be available to users who had installed the leaked TaiG 2.1.0 and TaiG 2.1.1 jailbreak package. It should fix the icon disappearing issue that you may have faced after installed the leaked package.
Note, we’re still not getting the update via TaiG’s official “apt.taig.com” repo, but some users are reporting on reddit that they’ve got the update. It could be because they’re using the 3K source (repo – ). However, we wouldn’t recommend using it.Update:
Saurik has just announced that the TaiG 8.1.3-8.x Untether that upgrades your TaiG jailbreak to 2.1.2 is now available on Cydia via Cydia repository, so you don’t need to add any repos to get the update.
Follow these instructions to install the TaiG 8.3-8.1.3 Untether package:
  • Open Cydia and tap on the Sources tab.
  • Tap on Edit on the left, and then tap on Add at the right.
  • You’ll get an alert with a URL field. Enter “apt.taig.com” (after the http://) and tap onAdd Source.
  • Now Cydia will add the repo, and fetch packages from this repo.
  • Now search for TaiG 8.1.3-8.x Untether from the Search tab, and install it.
TaiG 8.1.3 - 8.x Untether
Update:
The TaiG 8.1.3 – 8.x Untether package is still not available in TaiG’s official repo, but it seems to be available in 3K’s repo “apt.3kzhushou.com”, which the TaiG has mentioned on their site. However, we would recommend readers to wait for TaiG team to upload the jailbreak package to their repo.
Let us know if the TaiG 8.1.3-8.x Untether is available for you.
