The fourth generation Apple TV is scheduled to go on sale later next month, but YouTuber Andru Edwards has managed to get his hands on one and posted an unboxing video of it.
The video reveals that the new Siri remote included with the Apple TV 4 is actually made of all metal. While the front of the remote is black, the rear has a metallic silver finish and houses an Apple logo. The TV also comes with a lightning cable to charge the remote, though it does not come in black to match the color of the Apple TV and the remote itself.
The new Apple TV comes with Apple’s new tvOS, a new motion-sensing remote control, Siri integration, and more. It is powered by the an A8 chipset and features Ethernet and Wi-Fi AC connectivity. It will be available in two storage variants: 32GB and 64GB for $149 and $199, respectively.
