Cairo: Jailbreak tweak replaces Music app icon with currently playing song’s artwork

If you had jailbroken iOS 7, you might have been familiar with a tweak called Articon. It was a nifty little jailbreak tweak but didn’t receive an update for iOS 9. Cairo is an alternative for Articon for iOS 9 devices.
What the tweak does is that it replaces the Music app icon on the Home screen with the album artwork of the currently playing song. The artwork is the same as the one that appears in the Now Playing section of Music when the song is playing.
Apart from the Music app, the developer claims that Cairo also works with all other media apps that have a song playing. This can include Spotify, Pandora etc.
Once installed, the tweak doesn’t add any additional configuration pane to the Settings pane. Simply play a song on your device and you will notice the Music app icon change instantly to the current song’s album artwork.
If you interested to bring an overhaul to the Music app icon and make it more dynamic then Cairo is a solid tweak for you. It works perfectly as advertised and is worth the try.
You can get Cairo for $1.49 from Cydia’s BigBoss repo and it supports iOS 9 devices. Make sure to let us know what you think about the tweak in the comments section below.
