On Wednesday, July 8, Apple officially seeded the third beta for OS X El Capitan, and the public beta for the desktop platform was released on July 9.
Today, Apple has seen it necessary to launch a “Supplementary Update” for the desktop OS in an effort to fix an issue with 32-bit apps crashing unexpectedly. While that’s the main gist of the update, the new software also includes a fix to the Samantha voice for better pronunciation.
The new software is available for those running the developer beat or the public beta. Are you trying out the pre-release software?
