In case you were busy last week and didn’t get a chance to take a look at Cydia, don’t worry as we have compiled a list of all the new tweaks that were released in the week which are worth checking out.
The newly released tweaks range from providing an enhanced multitasking experience on your iOS device to bringing 3D Touch to iOS 8 and older devices.
ForceTouchActivator (Free): mimics 3D Touch on iOS 8 and older devices. [Read our review]
GrabberTime (Free): adds the clock to Notification Center grabber.
MessagesTint (Free): tints the Messages app navigation bar based on the type of the recent message received e.g green for SMS, blue for iMessage etc.
Multiplexer ($3.99): is an amazing tweak that takes multitasking to a whole new level. [Read our review]
NoMessagesFlash (Free): disables flash in Messages camera.
Packages (Free): displays the total count of install packages in Cydia.
PhotosLive ($1.99): brings Live Photos to iOS 8 and older devices.
SCLenses4All (Free): enables Snapchat lenses for older devices.
SquareDots (Free): makes the page dots square on the Home screen.
Superslam (Free): makes John Cena appear with Activator gesture.
Tweak Count (Free): shows the count of tweaks in Cydia.
QRC for QQ (Free): brings Quick reply and Quick Compose for QQ.
QRC for WeChat (Free): adds Quick Reply and Quick Compose feature to WeChat.
VarietyButtons (Free): lets you style the dialer/passcode buttons.
WhatsAppCustomizer (Free): allows you to customize WhatsApp’s interface.
ForceTouchActivator is one of my favorite releases from this week. It’s not as perfect as 3D Touch but is a good way of experiencing it on your old device that doesn’t support the feature. Multiplexer is also another amazing tweak that comes with 6 different core features that allow you to multitask in a variety of ways.
