Apple Music has plenty of featured stations, typically putting a focus on a type of genre to get a certain fix when a listener needs it. So, of course there’d be a station for Star Wars.
Star Wars: The Force Awakens opens wide on Friday, December 18. (There are early showings starting on Thursday, December 17.) To help those who plan on seeing the next installment in the sprawling franchise, Apple Music has listed a brand new “Star Wars” station in its featured section. The music in the Star Wars series has always been one of its strongest elements, and for fans of the audio tones, you’ll be able to listen to tracks picked out from each film to binge out on.
Yes, that includes tracks from the prequel films.
To find the new station, head into the “Featured Stations” in the Radio tab of Apple Music. It’s available across the Mac and PC platforms, as well as Apple Music on iOS devices and the new Apple TV. Essentially, you can get Star Wars music everywhere you might want it — including streaming from your Sonos speakers so everyone can share the love.
Here’s one of the 60-second TV spots for the upcoming film in the series, directed by JJ Abrams, Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
