Apple has updated its website for fans in India to confirm that the Apple Watch will be making its debut there on November 6. The Cupertino company has not confirmed pricing yet, but it is thought Apple Watch will start at around Rs 30,000.
Customers in India are expected to get the same 38mm and 42mm options of Apple Watch, Apple Watch Sport, and Apple Watch Edition as those in other markets — including the new Gold Aluminum and Rose Gold colors.
The India launch comes just after Apple rolled out watchOS 2.0.1, which improves upon the major watchOS 2 update that was released this fall by further extending battery life, adding the new emojis from iOS 9.1, and fixing a number of bugs.
It also follows the iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus launch in India just last week.
Since making its debut back in April, Apple Watch has been expanding its reach around the world. Just this month, the device has rolled out to United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, Brazil and Colombia, and more countries throughout Europe.
