Top 6 Free iOS 9 Jailbreak Tweaks of the Week

best free tweaksFollowing the release of the Pangu jailbreak for iOS 9 – iOS 9.0.2, developers have been releasing many interesting new tweaks in the recent weeks and fortunately, this week is no different.
We have compiled a list of the best free jailbreak tweaks that were released in the week which are definitely worth checking out. These tweaks range from bringing 3D Touch shortcut to Cydia to providing quick acess to unicode emoticons within the stock iOS keyboard.

FSVideoOnlyMessages

Normally, when you receive a video in Messages, it is played inline within the app. With FSVideoOnlyMessages installed, the videos will be played in full screen rather than inline. Additionally, you can also view the videos in full screen when you use Peek and Pop feature on the new iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus.

SpotWhite

SpotWhite is a nifty little tweak that is made for the iOS 9 Spotlight. All the tweak does is make your Spotlight background more whitish. It works with both the Spotlight views on the Home screen.

Ghosty

Next is a tweak called Ghosty that is made for the 3D Touch shortcut menu. When you invoke the 3D Touch menu on an app icon, it causes all the other app icons to fade out rather than blurring them. By doing this, it gives you a more focused view on an app icon’s shortcut menu.

Tactful

Tactful is a very helpful tweak that brings 3D Touch support to Cydia. When you 3D Touch on Cydia’s app icon, you will view its shortcut menu that allows you to refresh repos, add a new repo, view the recently installed packages and search Cydia. You can also get this for older devices that don’t support 3D Touch by installing tweaks such as Forcy.

Unicode Faces

If you have used unicode emoticons previously then you will know what this tweak is all about. It adds a quick shortcut to the stock iOS keyboard that allows you insert unicode emoticons. To do this, all you have to do is to tap and hold on the space key in the keyboard and you’ll get a list of all the available unicode emoticons you can insert.

BrowserBreadcrumbCleanup

BrowserBreadcrumb is another nifty tweak that keeps your browsers clean. When an app redirects you to Safari or Chrome, you will get a Back to App shortcut in the top left corner of the Status bar. With the tweak installed, tapping on the shortcut closes the browser tabs before taking you back to the original app.
