Three days ago, it was revealed that Apple had refreshed the color of its Powerbeats2 in-ear headphones, letting the new wireless headphones match with the new Apple Watch Sport.
Now, Apple has seen fit to promote the launch of the new colors with a price drop as well. As revealed by 9to5Mac, the new Powerbeats2 in-ear headphone lineup is now available for $179.95, which makes them $20 cheaper than they normally are.
The Powerbeats2 come in several different colors, all of which match the Watch Sport bands Apple launched in April. That includes White Sport, Pink Sport, Blue Sport, Green Sport and Black Sport.There’s no word on just how long the deal will be offered, so if anyone’s in the market for some new wireless headphones, and the Powerbeats2 are on the radar, now might be a good time to pounce.
