Native Twitter videos debut for Apple’s Beats by Dre support team

Instructions on how to get something done are pretty common, and social media can be used to help people find what they might need to accomplish something that’s otherwise eluding them.
So, in an effort to reach out to those in a new way, Apple’s Beats by Dre support team has taken to its official Twitter account to publish native Twitter videos to the social media network. As Forbes points out, it’s an interesting move, for any company, as most tend to avoid proactively seeking out the customer base with these types of videos. Having a dedicated site is usually the more common place to find these types of instructional videos.
Instead, the native Twitter videos are meant to function as quick production instructions guides for specific needs. The first of which, which has been pinned to the Beats by Dre support team’s official Twitter account, outlines the Bluetooth pairing capabilities of the Powerbeats2. For Apple’s part, there’s an iPad in the video, the MacBook Pro ducks in, and an iPhone even shows up in a link to the product’s official support page.
Beats is already a popular brand, so it will be interesting to see if Apple takes this same proactive mentality and shifts it over to its other Twitter accounts and support entities.
