iOS 9.1 beta 1 brings a host of new emojis, including one for the middle finger

New emojis in iOS 9.1
Yesterday, Apple uploaded the first beta of iOS 9.1 after its ‘Hey Siri’ event got over. At first glance, iOS 9.1 does not seem to bring anything new to the table, except for support for the iPad Pro, the Apple Pencil, and other accessories that will be available for the tablet.
However, another change that Apple has made in iOS 9.1, is that it has updated the new set of emojis as per the latest Unicode specification. The company has added quite a bunch of new emojis across every category, including one for the middle finger. Other new emojis include an emoji for a lion, banana, tacos, cakes, and more.

Apple will likely release iOS 9.1 in November, when it launches the iPad Pro to the public. It is unclear if this new version of iOS will bring with it any new major features or not, or will just add support for the iPad Pro.
Meanwhile, you will be able to update your iPhone or iPad to iOS 9 on September 16.
