In mid-August, the development house FiftyThree confirmed that its popular creative app, Paper, would be arriving on the iPhone “soon.”
Sure enough, the app is now available as a universal iOS app, meaning it’s perfectly capable of working on your iPad and iPhone. Moreover, it’s a free download, so for anyone that’s wanted to get their creativity going on the iPhone with Paper, but didn’t want to carry around their iPad, can do so on their iPhone.
The update brings Paper up to version 3.0.0, and there are other additions to the new software. That includes “Swipe-to-Style” notes, which will allow users to swipe on a piece of text to rearrange headers and checklists, which FiftyThree says is the “fastest way to capture notes.” Here’s the full breakdown from FiftyThree:

It’s worth noting that Paper’s iPhone app will function with the company’s Pencil stylus, too.
Paper is an app that’s all about capturing ideas and making things. It offers digital notebooks with blank sheets inside, which can then be used to draw, paint, watercolor and more. FiftyThree even offers the ability to create physical Moleskine notebooks with the actual artwork/ideas that users create.
