Yahoo has had its Mail app in the iOS App Store for quite some time now, and now the company has recently launched a major redesign in its latest update.
The app was updated on October 15, and pushes the version up to 4.0.0. With it, there’s a few new noteworthy features, including a major redesign that is featured both in the iPhone and iPad app. It should make navigation easier, and there’s certainly more color to look at while using the app.
The other tentpole feature is support for multiple mailboxes, which includes support for AOL and Outlook, and also multiple Yahoo email accounts, while offering the ability to easily switch between them. Yahoo also says that adding multiple attachments, from photos to videos, is easier than ever as well.
Finally, the app now also supports “lightning-fast search,” which will allow users to search across all of their messages, photos, files, and contacts much faster than ever before.
Version 4.0.0 of Yahoo Mail is now available in the iOS App Store for both the iPhone and iPad. A link to download the app is available below.
