The iPad Pro is still relatively new on the market, but it looks like a university in Florida is ready to jump on board with the big tablet.
Lynn University has announced that it has plans to rollout the iPad Pro to all of its daytime undergraduate students, and all of its faculty as well. The University is located in Boca Raton, Florida, and actually has been using an iPad curriculum since 2013, but that was focused primarily on the iPad mini.
“iPad Pro also supports Lynn’s ongoing efforts to create a more affordable education, eliminating personal computer costs and saving students money through apps and e-books that are more cost-effective, timely and relevant than traditional textbooks and support materials. iPad Pro provides even greater flexibility, too. Whether studying aviation, design or music, students now can use one device for writing papers, taking notes with Apple Pencil, creating videos that demonstrate learning, completing in-depth projects outside the classroom and much more.”
That’s not all, though. The university will be handing out the Apple Pencil and the Smart Keyboard along with the iPad Pro.
