Apple has added seven new locations to Flyover in Apple Maps today. The new locations include cities from Spain, England, Germany, Portugal, and Puerto Rico.
Flyover allows iPhone and iPad owners to fly and get a 3D view of a city in Apple Maps for a better look.
The seven new locations where Apple added support for Flyover today are as follows:
- Almeria, Spain
- Braga, Portugal
- Jerez de la Frontera, Spain
- Kiel, Germany
- San Juan, Puerto Rico
- Kingston upon Hull, England
- Karlsruhe, Germany
- With the inclusion of these seven new locations, Apple Maps now supports Flyover in 148 different cities across the world.Apple has been steadily improving Maps since it launched the service a few years ago. With iOS 9, the company will also be adding support for public transit direction to its mapping service.[Via MacRumors]
