Apple Music won’t officially launch until June 30, but it is already appearing in Apple’s latest iOS 8.4 beta and iOS 9 beta, which rolled out to registered developers on Tuesday.
Few days back, users had reported that they were getting Apple Music subscription popups when they launch the app. It looks like Apple has started rolling out the Beats 1 Radio service to beta users, as a number of users in the U.S., Canada, Germany, Norway, United Kindom are reporting that they’re getting a new Beats 1 Radio tab, according to MacRumors. We’ve also been able to confirm it.
When you tap on the Beats 1 artwork, it plays a fairly long demo of the service. It also lists other Apple Music radio stations in a wide selection of genres, which seem to be working fine. The search feature works partially in the Radio tab as it opens up the subscription menu when you tap on a song.As you can see in the screenshot below, you will be able to save songs from Beats 1 radio station and other Apple Music radio stations for offline listening, which is pretty cool. However, it doesn’t seem to work currently as you need membership for the offline listening feature.

Apple Music is an all-in-one streaming music service that has three core parts — Apple Music, Apple Music Radio and Apple Music Connect. You can listen to Beats 1 radio station and Apple Music radio station for free. You can also follow artists and view artist feed on Connect without buying the membership for Apple Music.
During last week’s WWDC Keynote, Apple announced that it will launch Apple Music on June 30th along with iOS 8.4. It will be available for $9.99 in the U.S. Apple hasn’t officially announced the international pricing, but the subscription menu has also revealed that Apple Music will be available for €9.99 in Europe, £9.99 per month in the U.K, and as low as $2 per month in India.
Let us know if you’re seeing the new Radio tab in your country.
