Apple launches @AppleMusicHelp on Twitter to offer support for the music streaming service

Apple Music Help Twitter account
At the end of June, Apple officially launched its music streaming service, Apple Music. Now, a few months later, there’s finally a support channel on Twitter.
Apple recently launched @AppleMusicHelp, which, as the name suggests, is designed to help with support questions specifically geared towards the service. The account is available to help with questions and support needs on a daily basis, but only from 6:00am PT/9:00am ET to 8:00pm PT/11:00pm ET. As mentioned above, the account will only answer questions provide feedback to queries regarding Apple Music.
If a Twitter user asks about another Apple product, the account will happily redirect them to Apple’s official support pages.
It took a bit of time to get the account out in the wild, but better late than never. It actually falls in line with Apple’s outreach on Twitter, which includes an official support team for Beats products, as well as an official Twitter account for the Games section of the iOS App Store.
