The iPad Pro is set to launch sometime in November, but even as the month is right around the corner, Apple hasn’t come forward to announce an official launch date.
According to a report published by 9to5Mac, and citing information gathered by some unnamed sources, Apple has begun training its Apple Care staff on the larger tablet. The report indicates that, typically, Apple begins training for products at least a couple of weeks ahead of the product’s launch. Moreover, Apple is apparently asking its training centers to complete training by Friday, November 6.
The Pencil is actually detailed in the same report, indicating that Apple has another option coming down the line for charging the device. Right now, and as Apple demonstrated on stage during the accessory’s unveiling, the Pencil charges by plugging it into the Lightning port on the iPad Pro. However, for those that would prefer a “traditional” charging option, that’s apparently coming down the pipe.
The report states that Apple is building a Pencil charging adapter, which you can see pictured above. When the adapter launches, Pencil owners will be able to charge the stylus either through a traditional wall plug, or even through a computer’s USB port.
Do you plan on picking up the iPad Pro?
