Apple today updated the support document on Beats Music website to reveal that it will be shutting down the music streaming service officially on November 30, 2015. If you are still using Beats Music, your subscription will automatically be cancelled and you will be prompted to upgrade to Apple Music.
When Apple had first launched Apple Music in July this year, it had automatically transitioned majority of Beats Music owners to Apple Music. The updated support document boasts that Apple Music is better than Beats Radio with its curated playlists, a 24/7 global radio, and more.
Beats Music ends on November 30. Your subscription will be cancelled, but you can move your picks and preferences over to Apple Music right now.All the pros that curated music for you are still crafting more amazing experiences. Plus, on Apple Music, you’ll get even better recommendations based on music you already listen to and love, 24/7 global radio with Beats 1, exciting material from your favorite artist, and more.
Surprisingly, even Sonos is sending out emails to its customers to inform them of Beats Music shutting down on November 30.
It was only a couple of days ago that Apple launched the official Apple Music app for Android.
With Apple Music being available for a few months now, how has your experience been of using it compared to Beats Music?
