Apple to reopen Infinite Loop store designed by Jony Ive on Saturday

Apple The Company Store
Apple is to reopen its new campus store at 1 Infinite Loop at 10 a.m. on Saturday. The store has been undergoing a major refurbishment since June, and Chief Design Officer Jony Ive has been responsible for its new design, which is expected to bring major changes.
Before it closed in June, The Company Store was unlike Apple’s regular retail stores; it did not offer the iPhone, iPad, or even Macs, but instead sold clothes sporting the Apple logo and other branded products.
However, there are suggestions the new store will be very different.
“One plan discussed has been to feature items from Apple’s history, suggesting that it might be part store, part museum,” reports 9to5Mac. “Apple also reportedly considered moving away from company-branded clothing.”
9to5 warns, however, that Apple’s plans may well have changed during development of the new store, so we’ll have to wait until Saturday when it reopens to find out what the refurbishment will actually bring.
